Conditions for accepting an article in the Journal of Islamic Studies in Educational Sciences

* Articles must be presented in one of the research or promotional formats and in Persian language.

* Necessary notice: The journal is not allowed to accept mere review articles, compilations, reports and translations.

 

Volume of the article:

 The number of words in the article: between 5000 and 7500 words

 Number of keywords: 3 to 5 keywords

 The number of words in the main abstract: 150 to 250 words (the abstract should include the purpose, explanation of the topic, method, important results of the research)

 

How to insert personal information of authors:

 The names and details of the authors will be included in the article. Therefore, when inserting the names of the authors, pay attention to the order of inserting the authors. And it is mandatory to include in the commitment and conflict of interest form.

 In works that have more than one author, all subsequent correspondence and notifications are made with the sender of the article.

 

"Important" items that must be entered in the correct system

1. Names of authors (Persian and English)
2. Writers position (Persian and English)
3. E-mail of the authors

 

Semat (or the organizational affiliation of the authors; It must be entered accurately and according to one of the following patterns):

* Faculty members, academic rank (instructor, assistant professor, associate professor, professor), department, university, city, e-mail

*Student (Bachelor's, Master's, Ph.D.) field of study, university, city, e-mail

*Individuals and freelance researchers (degree: bachelor's, master's, doctorate) field of study, organization, place of work, city, e-mail

*Students (For students of Al-Mustafa Al-Alamiya Jamiat, it is also mandatory to mention the major, section and email).

 

The structure of the article:

  The body of the article should include the following sections:

1. Title
2. Persian abstract (explanation of the subject/problem/question, purpose, method, results)
3. Introduction (including problem definition, research background (Persian and English), the importance and reason for the novelty of the article)
4. Main body (explanation and analysis of topics)
5. Conclusion

7. Extended abstract in English.

  References within the text (last name of the author, year of publication, source: volume, page), example: (Mousavi, 1382: 125); Reference to the Qur'an: (Baqarah/5)

 * The full information of the references in the text must be included in the bibliography section of the article.

 * The sources included in the list of sources must have been used in the text. (Resources that are introduced in the text only for reading and more knowledge of the audience, and are not referred to in the text, should not be included in the library section(.

 The conflict of interest form is an agreement that the author(s) of an article declare that in connection with the publication of the submitted article, it is completely free of publication ethics, including plagiarism, misconduct, falsification of data, or submission and publication. double, have avoided and there are no commercial interests in this regard and the authors have not received any money for presenting their work. The conflict of interest form shows the readers of the work how the text of the article was prepared and presented by the authors. The responsible author signs and confirms this form on behalf of other authors and declares the authenticity of its content. The responsible author also declares that this work has not been published elsewhere and has not been submitted to another publication at the same time. Also, all rights to use content, tables, images, etc. have been assigned to the publisher.

method of letter

1. (in-text reference), in the text of the article at the end of the quote or topic used, inside parentheses and as follows:

       Persian sources: (author's last name, year of publication: cover/page)

       Latin sources: (page, volume: publication year, author's last name);

   - If more than one work has been published by an author in one year, they should be distinguished from each other by mentioning alphabetical letters after the year of publication.

   - The address of the Quranic verses should be mentioned in the text immediately after the verse and before its translation; Example: "Glory be to God, the Lord of the worlds" (A'raf: 54); Blessed is God who is the Lord of all the worlds.

 

2. (Notes) All additional explanations as well as the English equivalent of specific names or terms (if necessary) under the title "Notes" should be given at the end of the text of the article (references and documents in the notes will be the same as the text of the article, the in-text method (paragraph 1).)
3. (sources, references and bibliography) at the end of the article, the alphabetical list of Persian and Latin sources should be presented as follows:

        Book: last name, author's name, book name, translator's name, place of publication: publisher's name, publication number (except for the first edition), publication date.

        Articles included in magazines: last name, author's name, "article title", name of publication, period of publication, publication number, year of publication.

        Article included in the collection of articles or encyclopedias: family name, author's name (date of publication): "article title", book name, editor's name, place of publication: publisher's name, publication number, volume number.

 

4. (Abstract) has a maximum of 150 to 250 words and contains the title and subject of the article, statement of the problem, purpose, research method, the most important results and a list of key words (maximum 10 words) and below that, name and surname, academic rank, Phone number and email.
5. The English translation of the article title, abstract and keywords should be sent along with the article.
6. The article should be typed in 4A paper, respecting the appropriate space in the margins and between the lines, in the Word environment, the text of the article should be typed with BMitra13 font, Latin Times New Roman11, and notes and bibliography BLotus12.
7. The volume of all sections of the article should be a maximum of 25 pages (7500 words).
8. The submitted article should not be published in any domestic or foreign magazine or sent to other magazines at the same time.
9. For an article derived from a research project or thesis, the title of the research project or thesis and the name of the supervisor and advisors should be included on the first page (such articles are published under the supervisor's and student's name and under the responsibility of the supervisor).
10. The magazine reserves the right to reject or accept and edit the articles, and the received articles will not be returned.
11. Final approval of articles for publication, after review by referees, is with the journal's editorial board.
12. The magazine is free to modify and edit the article.
